How this model works

SEO doesn't switch on overnight, so this calculator doesn't pretend it does. Instead of jumping straight to your target, it ramps growth in linearly across the projection period — a small share of the gain in month one, building to the full projected result in the final month. That's a fairer picture of how organic traffic actually compounds.

Each month it works out your traffic, conversion rate, leads and revenue, compares that to your current baseline, and adds up the incremental revenue. Payback is the month where cumulative extra revenue overtakes cumulative investment. ROI compares the total revenue gained across the whole period against your total SEO spend.

It's a planning model, not a promise. The assumptions are yours — change the growth target, close rate or customer value and watch the numbers move. That's the point: it shows you which levers matter most for your business before you commit a dollar.
