How to use this tool
Answer each applicable question using evidence from your account. Choose Not tested when you have not verified it.
Use Not applicable only when that question does not apply to the campaign being reviewed.
Read the reported gaps and measurement blockers. Investigate the priority list; no monetary loss is calculated.
How the risk review works
The result counts checks reported as No, alongside passed and untested checks. The percentage is a weighted risk share: each tested, applicable check answered No adds its weight, so a gap in conversion tracking counts for far more than an overdue account review or mixed brand campaigns. It is not the share of spend being wasted.
Default weights: conversion tracking 10; negative keywords, search terms and location targeting 6 each; match types and landing pages 5 each; ad assets, brand separation, running hours and a recent review 2 each. Conversion tracking is a prerequisite: answered No, the risk share shows at least 60% whatever the other answers. The same weights order the fix list. They are editorial priorities, not measured loss factors. Not applicable is excluded; Not tested remains incomplete. Verify each answer in your own account before deciding an action.
Frequently Asked Questions
Straight answers about waste, the ten checks and what the estimate can and cannot tell you.
No. These answers identify possible setup and measurement risks. They do not measure account loss, and all Yes answers do not prove zero waste.
It is a weighted risk share: the weight of the tested, applicable checks answered No, out of the weight of all tested, applicable checks. Conversion tracking carries the most weight, and when it is answered No the share shows at least 60%. Not tested stays incomplete. Not applicable is excluded.
Without verified measurement, you cannot rely on reported conversion outcomes, so none of the other checks can show the account is working. That is why a No here keeps the risk share at 60% or more, even when every other check passes.
Review the campaign goals and evidence first. Broad match and all-day delivery are not universal failures. A justified decision may be to keep settings unchanged.
